Partial Acquisitions of Right of Way in New Jersey

This study analyzes the impact of partial acquisitions of right of way due to road construction pro - grams in New Jersey, particularly as influenced by the cost to rure. Using data from partial acquisition cases in the State of New Jersey, this repor t shows that improvements made to the study sites, in order to mitigate sever - ance damage, were generally considered satisfactory in regard to traffic operations.
