The above article, published in Applied Physics Letters, was originally assumed to report the contact resistance effect in the organic thin film transistors (OTFTs), which involves the printed silver nanoparticle electrode of a lower work function with respect to the ionization energy of the organic semiconductor, by reducing a channel length of the inkjet printed metal nanoparticle film using laser ablation.
