This article contains two printing errors: (1) In the sentence after Eq. (3), the correct expressions of u and v should be u = k_(i+1)r_i and v = k_ir_i, i.e., change r_(i+ 1) to r)_i. (2) In the third line of the caption of Fig. 5, the thickness SiO_2 layer should be 27 nm, i.e., change 2027 to 27.~1
