We thank Gueney and Aslam for their deep interest in our letter.2 The non-uniqueness of solutions of inverse problems is appreciated very well by us as well as others in the electromagnetics research community.In our letter,2 we had presented the equivalent constitutive parameters of a silver/silicon dioxide/silver sandwich film that had been fabricated using physical vapor deposition and subjected to optical characterization in the blue-to-red spectral regime using normally incident light.
