摘要

There is currently no known association between nonionizing radiation (NIR) and adverse effects on human health if the radiation level is below certain limits. Nevertheless, there is still concern about its potential effects on human health. This can influence the legislation of a country and the daily activities of a regulatory body. One way to overcome this issue is to improve the quality of information provided to the public. This article reviews how to estimate the total exposure ratio (TER) due to base station radiation and proposes a Java code and an Android app to show this information.
