摘要

In-core measurements on fuel rods thermal behaviour during steady--state as well as tran- sient power conditions are presented. Based on these data, the influence of filling gas, 1inear power and burnup on CANDU-type fuel center temperature evolution are discussed. Thermal behaviour characteristics up to ~69 MWh/kgU of helium and xenon prefilled fuel rods instrumented with centerline thermocouples are analysed.
