At a recent meeting of the American Statistical Association's Board of Directors, Past-President Fritz Scheuren presented ASA President Sallie Keller-McNulty with her Board meetings gavel as a symbol of the smooth transition from one elected leader to the next. The ASA is indeed fortunate to have many distinguished members willing to volunteer and serve both the Association and our discipline.
