Two important statistical associations will become partners of JSM beginning in 2009. The International Chinese Statistical Association (ICSA) and the International Indian Statistical Association (IISA) will have a new status with JSM, under a provision of the JSM Agreement. "The IISA is proud to be a new partner for the 2009 JSM," said Subir Ghosh, president-elect of USA. "The IISA, together with all participating associations, will bring diversity and enrichment to the 2009 JSM program."
