World Continues Promoting Statistics

Following is the latest news and information from statistical organizations participating in The World of Statistics: Turkey-Ankara's Yildirim Beyazit University has created the Statistical Consulting Practice and Research Center. Part of the department of biostatis-tics, the center will provide statistical consulting services to doctors for their research projects-planning research, selecting the appropriate sample, collecting data, analyzing data, and interpreting results. It also aims to join other projects to improve the research's statistical component.
