This discussion with Bevin Beaudet, incoming president of AWWA, took place in Denver at AWWA headquarters Apr. 10, 1997. Beaudet is currently a vice-president and national director of water services with CH2M Hill, Hillsboro Executive Center North, 800 Fairway Dr., Suite 250, Deerfield Beach, FL 33441-1831. Prior to serving as chairman of the Water Utility Council from 1993-96, Beaudet was chairman of the Technical Advisory Group for three years. He also serves on a number of committees, including the Executive Committee and the Long-Range Technology Committee.
