The RWRD Security Scorecard Project: A Low-cost, Effective Method of Enhancing Security Culture

In hard economic times it is worthwhile to remember that some security improvements can be low-cost and still highly effective. One significant, low cost security measure is to achieve staff collaboration in consistently implementing water sector utilities' security policies. Achieving staff partnership was a primary goal as Pima County Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department (RWRD) in Arizona planned to sequentially harden security at wastewater facilities and offices.
