Dimmit County, Tx., Well Tests 859 Boe From Buda

U.S. Energy Corp. reports its Beeler No. 2H well in Dimmit County, Tx., had gross initial production of 859 barrels of oil a day equivalent, and 30-day average gross daily production of 797 boe, without fracture stimulation. The Beeler No. 2H was drilled to a total measured depth of 11,013 feet, including a 3,700-foot lateral, and was completed open hole. U.S. Energy Chief Executive Officer Keith Larsen says the 859 boe/d, 24-hour initial production rate consisted of 761 barrels of oil, 56 barrels of natural gas liquids, and 253 Mcf of natural gas on a 25/64-inch choke.
