The secret for the oil and gas industry to win the hearts and minds of the American public may be as simple as reframing the debate, suggested Alex Epstein, author of The Moral Case for Fossil Fuels in a breakfast address to the Kansas Independent Oil & Gas Association, Aug. 14 in Wichita. "Our existing energy conversation is based on the wrong goal, which is minimizing human impact," said the founder and president of the Center for Industrial Progress in San Diego.
