The timing of the Clean Show precludes me from writing about it this issue; I'll talk about what was there next month. But if you were one of the progressive textile-care professionals who attended the extravaganza, you're on your way to success and prosperity. The list of manufacturers and suppliers for this year's show is impressive. There are always companies exhibiting for the first time with products, supplies and new methods for us to consider. The business is changing, and we need to change the way we think about who customers are and what they want.
