I'm going to slice this month's message into three delicious pieces. One: How much time do you spend at drycleaning industry events? At the recent Fabricare show in Long Beach, Calif., a drycleaning store owner from the West Coast told me that he loves the "see-and-be-seen" action of the industry shows.
