Recently, pervoskite hybrid solar cells (pero-HSCs) as annalternative to silicon-based photovoltaics have attracted significantnattention due to their promising high power conversion efficiencyn(PCE).1 The PCEs of pero-HSCs has skyrocketed to over 19%.2nHowever, pero-HSCs, same as other photovoltaics, have to be appliednin sunlight to generate electric energy and their PCEs are dependentnon the time, location, and weather.3 In order to alleviate thesenproblems, pero-HSCs would be better to integrate with energynstorage devices, such as supercapacitors, to build self-powerednelectronics, which can store the electric energy generated by pero-nHSCs.4 Moreover, these self-powered electronics have potentialnapplications in flexible electronics, such as portable and wearablenpersonal devices.5 The supercapacitors, also known asnelectrochemical capacitors, are widely recognized as a newngeneration of clean energy-storage devices, owing to its high powerndensity, fast charge-discharge rate, long cycling life, and goodnoperational safety.6
