摘要

The reactions of stoichiometric Y_2O_3, CuO, and different barium salts (BaCO_3, Ba(NO_3)_2, BaCuO_2) for form- ing various compounds in te yttrium-barium-copper- oxygen system (i.e., Yba_2Cu_3O_7-δ, BaCuO_2, Y_2BaCuO_5, and Y_2Cu_2O_5) were systematically investigated by thermal analysis and X-ray diffractometry. In a few cases, the rel- evant activation energies were calculated.
