Particle size control of barium titanate prepared from barium titanyl oxalate

Barium titanates formed from decomposition of barium titanyl oxalates (BT-oxalates) exhibit the same powder state as that of the BT-oxalates, so that controlling the particle size and shape of the starting BT-oxalates is necessary. In the present study, BT-oxalates were precipitated from Aqueous solution under various aging conditions: aging fluids, temperature, and time.
