CERTIFICATION UPDATE, PART FOUR

Over the past several issues we've followed Kim Bush and Chef Daniel Swift, two candidates from very different backgrounds and with very different plans for the certification test. Unfortunately, neither Kim or Daniel earned CSA or CMSA status, but both wanted to continue to share the results of their experience with ACD readers. We also heard from several others who took the certification test in Reno and were also willing to discuss their experiences.
