Using a positiveegative effect with scroll cutters, Kelly embossed the fondant plaques on the top and bottom tier, then used the cut outs to decorate the center tier. Hand-rolled pearls decorate the base of each tier and the shaped cakeboard, while gumpaste peonies, grapes, hydrangeas and Chinese jasmine decorate the divider.
