Spring has well and truly sprung at American Cake Decorating as we unveil our spectacular flower and fairy issue. Our goal with this issue was to provide a floral extravaganza, and I'm sure you'll agree that we delivered-with tutorials, articles, and recipes all seasonally inspired and jam-packed with expert tips and tricks to take your flowers to the next level. In this issue, we finally had the opportunity to showcase two of our very favorite cake artists, award-winning figurine master Yi Han and wedding-cake extraordinaire Zoë Clark (who both generously donated their time and talent to create two stunning tutorials for our issue). Yi, known for her exceptionally delicate toppers and figurines, shares an exclusive six-page tutorial highlighting her signature modeling techniques, and Zoe simply wowed us with an understated cake inspired by the work of artist Laurence Amelie.
