What is the FIPGC? It is the Federazione Internazionale Pasticceria Gelateria Cioccolateria, or the International Federation of Pastry Gelato and Chocolate (FIPGC). Worldwide, we are 5,000 members strong and convinced that with your participation we could reach high heights internationally through our work to develop knowledge and experience in the confectionery arts as well as raise and protect standards in baking and confectionary. The FIPGC manages and organizes the two world championships at the Host Fiera Milano, Milan, Italy: "The World Trophy of Pastry Ice Cream Chocolate FIPGC" and "Cake Designers World Championship." These events take place every two years at the Fiera Milano during the Host event. Our goal is to organize these events more seriously by selecting the participating countries through international selections.
