Slovenian Impol takes over Croatian TLM

Impol d.o.o., the only integrated aluminium processor in Slovenia, has taken over the Croatian aluminium semis producer TLM of Sibenik in March 2016. However, Impol signed an agreement with the creditors that it will only rent and manage TLM during the bankruptcy procedure. Then Impol will most likely buy the property from the main creditors and become the owner of TLM, which declared bankruptcy on 15 December 2015. Production at TLM was terminated in September last year.
