Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc., of Atlanta, has implemented a conflict management system for workplace issues and employment disputes called "Solutions." It covers non-bargaining employees and includes a broad range of disputes: all legal and equitable claims; disagreements on interpretation or the system's scope; disputes concerning an issue relating to employment or termination; other matters concerning the employment relationship including, for example, allegations of discrimination (race, sex, religion, national origin, age, veteran status, sexual orientation or disability), harassment, sexual harassment, workers' compensation retaliation, retaliation for using the conflict management system, defamation, infliction of emotional distress, and personal injury, unless covered by workers compensation.
