Over twenty-five participants attended the International Business Mediation Workshop held November 15-17 in Sao Paulo, Brazil, led by Robert Randolph and Frank Carr of Carr Swanson and Randolph, who have trained mediators all over the world under the auspices of the U.S. Agency for International Development. Attendees included senior lawyers from leading Brazilian firms who are interested in transitioning to a career as a neutral or in adding mediation to an already flourishing arbitration practice.
