CPR DEBUTS A NEW CURRENT EVENTS BLOG

CPR launched a new blog in the spring, CPR Speaks. The resource is free and open to the public. CPR staff and guest writers will provide commentary on conflict resolution news and practice developments. CPR Speaks had two posts at press time: the business conflict resolution results of the 2015 Litigation Trends Annual Survey by Norton Rose Fulbright, describing a strong preference for international arbitration among big companies, and a discussion of proposed ADR-related legislation, the Arbitration Fairness Act of 2015.
