"How would you like to help to start a new airline?" It's not every day that someone asks you a question like that. I tried to anticipate the punch-line and then waited to hear the rest of the joke. However, it seems that the person asking the question wasn't joking. As it happened, the timing of their question couldn't have been better, because things were not going well at my current airline.
