THE SOLE Bangladesh Army Aviation Cessna 208B Caravan was noted performing touch-and-goes at BAF Base Cox's Bazar on June 17 and 18. The camouflaged Caravan, serial S3-BMJ, was seen together with one of the two Bangladesh Navy A109 Powers, S3-VHB. The Caravan had entered service by November 2002 and is operated by a fixed-wing battalion at BAF Base Bangabandhu. The same unit is also thought to fly three Cessna A152 Aerobats and a single PA-31T1 Cheyenne 1A.
