Nigeria receives armed AW109s

THE NIGERIAN Air Force (NAF) has received its first armed versions of the AW109 from Leonardo Helicopters. The subtype is thought to be the AW109M, which can be equipped with a twin 7.62mm machine gun pod, a single 12.7mm gun pod or 70mm rocket launchers.
