Covering two of my main interests - the Blackburn Buccaneer and the Cold War - this is a book I've been eagerly awaiting since it was first announced last year. And it doesn't disappoint. Theauthor served in the RAF for almost 40 years, as a navigator on the Buccaneer S2 and later the Tornado GR1. This first volume recalls his early career operating the Buccaneer on three frontline tours, and later as an instructor on No 237 Operational Conversion Unit.
