20 years of excellence at AIX

* Passenger Experience Week (1-4 April 2019) represents an important milestone for Aircraft Interiors Expo (AIX), as we return for our 20th anniversary. More than 14,000 attendees and 1,200 airline buyers are expected to attend this year, each looking to source the latest innovations in cabin interiors, inflight entertainment (IFEC) and passenger comfort. Since the inaugural AIX, the aviation industry has evolved thanks to technological advances and ground-breaking interior design solutions, which have been driven by a requirement to enhance passenger comfort and onboard wellbeing. The International Air Transport Association (IATA), our supporting organisation, expects passenger numbers to double to 7.8 billion in 2036, so now is the time for the industry to plan for this rapid growth, and for airlines to secure their long-term future.
