When contacting a military agency, offices of the ministry or department of defense can provide more specific information regarding managers of individual programs. However, it is also suggested that contact be attempted with the headquarters of the branch of the service most likely to participate in a modification program. Thus, in order to market an electronic countermeasures system for helicopters, it is suggested that contact be made with the agencies or departments responsible for helicopter operations, which may include branches of armies, navies and/or air forces.
