Descending from Wyoming's Big Horn Mountains, Highway 20 offers few distractions as it stretches across an undulating landscape toward the distant peaks of Yellowstone National Park. But just outside the little mining town of Greybull, a tableau jolts travelers out of the interstate's monotony: an isolated rural airport whose runways are lined with World War Ⅱ bombers, naval patrol aircraft, obsolete cargo haulers, and modern turboprop transports.
