As they have every year since 1946, the remaining Doolittle Raiders got together last April to mark the anniversary of the day they flew B-25B Mitchells to bomb Tokyo and other cities in the first US. air attack on Japan. Photographer Jim Raeder was there for this year's 70th anniversary, when the Doolittle Tokyo Raiders Association arranged for 20 of the world's remaining B-25s-one of the largest gatherings since the war-to fly into Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio.
