Reflecting on the December Branch report and the comment of "business as usual" since the September quake, it is clearly anything but post 22 February. The impact of the quake on the city is phenomenal and makes the September quake seem like a bit of a walk in the park. The air quality people in Christchurch have all been affected in some way or other and most of us have lost our town based offices and are working from home or makeshift offices in the suburbs.
