Bear and Backfire Bombers Fire Cruise Missiles

As part of a large-scale joint exercise, four Russian Air Force Tupolev Tu-95MS Bear-H bombers from the 6950th Air Base at Engels in the Saratov oblast launched cruise missiles at the Telemba range in Chita oblast on April 13. The four cruise missiles were all destroyed by S-300PS (SA-10B) surface-to-air missiles deployed to the range for the live-fire exercise.
