IndiGo Buys More A320neos

THE FAST-GROWING low-cost carrier IndiGo's recent major order for more Airbus A320neo Family aircraft. IndiGo has signed-up for 730 A320neos - the most ever made by a single operator - after it recently firmed up purchase of 300 jets. It has ordered a mix of baseline A320neos, along with stretched A321neos and long-range A321XLRs. IndiGo already operates more A320neo Family examples than any other airline, with 98 in service as of November. The carrier was one of the type's earliest operators back in 2016.
