Portuquese Cessna 337Gs for Mozambique

Two Reims-Cessna 337Gs previously operated by the Forca Aerea Portuguesa (Portuguese Air Force) have been donated by the Portuguese Government to the Forca Aerea de Mozambique (Mozambique Air Force). Both are due to be overhauled and painted grey by a military maintenance team with members from both countries at Base Aerea 1 (Air Base 1), Sintra. The first aircraft to be worked on (F337G 13729, c 30) is due to be delivered by the end of the year, while the second (FTB337G 13713, c 14) will join it in 2011. Both aircraft will be transported to Maputo in Mozambique as air-freight.
