Chinese-Russian Civil Helicopters

Russian state corporation Rostec has announced that Russia and China will jointly develop helicopters for the civil market. This will include a joint venture between Russian Helicopters and China's AVIC and Avicopter for an Advanced Heavy Lifter (AHL) helicopter. Rostec said that Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin, Vice Premier of the State Council of China Wang Yang and representatives met for discussions in Hangzou, which included civil aviation and aircraft construction.
