Building on the huge success it experienced with its E-Jets family, Embraer decided to produce a much-improved family of jets for the 70 to 130 seat market. At the Paris Air Show in 2013, the company officially launched the E-Jets E2 family, which will replace the older ones on the production line and provide the most up-to-date technology, an improvement in the comfort for passengers and an important reduction in operational costs.
