摘要

Agurney flap consists of a very small flat plate positioned per- pendicular to the trailing edge on the pressure side of an airfoil. Such flaps are known to increase the lift, and for a given lift coneffi- Cient, to reduced drag under moderate- to high-lift condition. The Primary focus of most studies so far has been on the lift enhance- Ment capabilities of the device for both single- and multi-element Airfoils.
