Aging Pilot Population Raises Questions about How to Nurture New Ag Pilots

Since Jan. 1, I've had the opportunity to attend seven state conventions. The chance to reconnect with old friends and meet some new ones certainly is something I'll remember for a long time. In the process of attending these conventions, I've had the opportunity to listen to the PAASS Program presented at each one. It's a unique experience to listen to the same material being presented by different presenters. At each of these conventions the response to the PAASS Program has been that this is one of the best that they've seen in recent years. We can thank the NAAREF board and in particular the PAASS Program Development Committee for putting together a top-notch program for the 2018-2019 PAASS season.
