Telcordia signs contract with Pakistan MNP Database for mobile portability

PMD would leverage the Telcordia Number Portability Clearinghouse solution for allowing users in Pakistan to change providers without going through the expense of changing phone numbers. It will also provide new avenues to mobile service providers to increase profits.
