Europeans all in but Russians cold shouldered: Tema LNG's shifting alliances

The Covid-19 pandemic has forced TemaLNG Terminal Co (TLTC), pilot of theTema LNG project that has worked with ahost of partners for years, to further extendits network. It was the Geneva-basedinspection and certification company SGSthat inspected TLTC's floating storageregasification unit (FRSU), which aims toprocess 500m million cubic feet of gas perday, before its departure from China in late2020. Travel restrictions meant TLTC hadnot been able to travel to Shanghai to carryout these checks itself.
