Jeantet opens new 'green' OHADA desk

Green energy will be the theme of the firsttwo seminars organised by the brand newOHADA (Organisation for theHarmonisation of Business Law in Africa)desk that French law firm Jeantet is aboutto officially open. The first seminar, set formid-January, will be a general inventory ofthe organisation's development on thecontinent. The second will focus onincreasing presence in the mining sector.
