Mauritian mining magnate Jean-Raymond Boulle seems to be setting out to dig for gold in Finland. He set up a company in Luxembourg on 22 September, called Finland Gold Resources. While the Nordic country boasts numerous active mines, much of its mineral wealth has yet to be explored.
