Hawker fury replica G-BKBB arrived at Jerry Yagen's Fighter Factory at Virginia Beach, VA, USA, in mid-August, following its acquisition from the Landuyt Collection at Wevelgem, Belgium. Built by Viv Bellamy at St Just, Cornwall, in 1981 -85 for The Hon Patrick Lindsay, the Rolls-Royce Kestrel-powered fighter was seldom seen in public after its first flight in December 1985. Yagen commented, "We do hope to fly it, but don't imagine it will get as much use as some of our other aircraft".
