摘要

Regarding SCB09's first point, we have shown that issues related to the parameters chosen in the energy balance calculations are not responsible for the SWE under-estimates of the MODIS and AVHRR simulations and that these under-estimates are intuitively derived from the SCA under-estimates of these products - which are well established in the literature [11,18,20,36,44,45]. In this regard, the conclusions of MM08 remain unchanged and are supported by the modeling scenarios conducted herein.
