Food Safety Supervision under the View of Scientific Development Outlook

摘要

Based on the guidance of the concept of scientific development theory, the food regulatory authorities can grasp the actual situation that supervision is facing, so as to put forward practical and feasible strategies according to the presenting problems. In this study, it takes the definition of food safety supervision as the starting point, with the interpretation of the the guidance of the scientific development for food safety supervision, it discusses the coping strategies for China's food safety supervision at the present stage.
