American Composites, an FAA repair station located in Florida's Hialeah Gardens near the Miami International Airport, is responding to customer repair, modification and overhaul requirements quickly and more economically with a new Accu-stick epoxy syntactic from Ciba Aerospace Products, Los Angeles. Other Ciba materials frequently used for composite repairs include Epocast 1680-A/B (liquid version of Accustick), Epibond 8543-A/B adhesive and Epocast 50-A/9816 laminating system. American Composites President Jorge Sabido says, "Experienced, quality workmanship and Ciba systems enable us to provide customers with on-time, on-budget repair services for a variety of aircraft components."
